Goal Setting For Success!

1:Write down the goal in a positive frame. "i want to stop smoking" is set in the negative. we would change this to "i keep my body healthy, and my lungs full of fresh air". Be as specific as you can in 3 sentences or less.

2: Write the goal down on three pieces of paper. You keep one on you at all times. one you put where you spend most of your time and the other where you see it in the morning and last thing at night. This will keep you focused

3: Every morning write 3 reasons why you want the goal or how your life will be better once you have it. this will reinforce why you want you goal.

4: If you slip up on the goal, apologise to yourself with a simple sorry. and write down another three reasons why you want the goal. be kind to yourself, you would not label a baby as a failure if they could not walk the first time they tried. Give yourself a break!

5: Have fun on the way to completing your goal!. Dance, Sing and laugh your way through, life is meant to be fun after all!
