Well it's 3:50 am and yep inspiration has hit, I have decided to build a Eft library. It is going to consist of a variety of topics from money to find your purpose in life.

This library is going to be a collection of MP3s, that are downloadable and ready for you to use at any point.

Life and the part we play

Knowing your purpose demands who you are to come forth. With every step you take you are guided to who you are.

Be one with what is, is the key to what you are! allowing more and more of what you love to arise from within.

Laughter Yoga Alleviates Depression

Depression is the number one disease today. It is a combination of symptoms that interfere with the ability to work, study, sleep, and eat. It is a disabling condition and can affect a person many times during their life. Depressed people seldom laugh, and laughing people are seldom depressed.Laughter Yoga has helped thousands to overcome severe depression all over the world as it uses laughter in the form of physical exercise rather than using cognitive humor. This means that anyone can laugh, regardless of their state of mind and cognitive ability.

Goal Setting For Success!

1:Write down the goal in a positive frame. "i want to stop smoking" is set in the negative. we would change this to "i keep my body healthy, and my lungs full of fresh air". Be as specific as you can in 3 sentences or less.

2: Write the goal down on three pieces of paper. You keep one on you at all times. one you put where you spend most of your time and the other where you see it in the morning and last thing at night. This will keep you focused

3: Every morning write 3 reasons why you want the goal or how your life will be better once you have it.

All my sessions for the next month are gong to be done on a donation based payment. So you pay what you feel the session was worth to you.
 
So the question is how much do you want to change and how much do you think it is worth.
